Education: Ph.D. – University of Palo Alto, Palo Alto, California, USA. Clinical Psychology (including M.S. degree). APA Approved Program.
Fields of Research: Main areas of research are resilience and coping with stress, political psychology, psychology of terrorism, and army psychology.
Academic Activity: Shaul has been Head of the Psychology Department at Tel Hai College from 2009 to 2015. From October 2017 Shaul is the Head of the MA Program in Educational Psychology. Shaul was a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the International Society for Political Psychology (ISPP), International Political Science Association (IPSA).
Teaching courses: Psychopathology, Stress and Resilience: Research seminar, Experimental Laboratory: academic writing, Issues in political psychology, advanced psychopathology (MA) and from helplessness to successful coping (MA), Research group in the field of stress and resilience (MA). -
Main areas of research are resilience and coping with stress, political psychology, psychology of terrorism, army psychology and political leaders profile.
